Nitride bonded silicon carbide- NSiC tube

Nitride bonded silicon carbide is widely used as thermocouple thermowell in thermometric system of nonferrous metal melting furnace.It has the following characteristics:

1. Excellent thermal conductivity, thin tube wall (only a few millimeters), very fast response to temperature, can measure the temperature of liquid metal in one minute;

2. It will not melt at high temperature and will not pollute the liquid metal;

3. Excellent thermal shock resistance, oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance;

4. Very strong corrosion resistance,and erosion resistance;

5. It is electrical insulator;

6. High temperature resistant and good thermal expansion.
